About Us

We've never trusted companies that claim to be the best at everything. Like a Chinese takeaway that sells fish and chips, businesses that offer too many services will inevitably have to compromise somewhere.
Temporary bars are all we do.
By focusing entirely on our niche, we’ve developed and refined the specialist skillset required to consistently deliver safe, efficient and profitable bar operations for you and your clients.

Bar Builds
Crew Roles: Build Managers · Builders · Carpenters · Telehandler Operators

Our Build Managers oversee all bar builds from delivery to sign-off. They check incoming kit for damage or discrepancies and record video evidence where required to ensure smooth returns.
Once deliveries are approved, telehandler operators distribute kit across site in line with the agreed bar specifications. Teams of Builders and Crew, led by the Build Manager, will then construct and dress all bars, only signing them off once each structure is confirmed to be safe, fully kitted, and service-ready. Our Carpenters handle bespoke builds and on-site adaptations, responding to challenges such as uneven terrain or late design changes.

Stock Management
Crew Roles: Stock Ops · Telehandler Operators · Stock Managers

Leading up to the event, our Stock Ops Managers work closely with your Stock Lead to ensure all bars are correctly stocked and prepared for service. Heading a team of Stock Managers, Tele-drivers and Crew, the Stock Ops Manager will receive deliveries, check for discrepancies and distribute stock across site according to the agreed plan. Menu audits and truck/fridge counts are completed before doors, with enough time to resolve any issues. Post-event, stock is organised into clear categories (direct returns, sale-on-return, loose stock, etc.) and final counts are completed to provide accurate and reliable data for your reports.

Live Operations
Crew Roles: Stock Ops · Telehandler Operators · Build Managers · Stock Managers
(Keg & Cellar Management · Truck & Fridge Supervisors · Stock Runners · Bar Backs · Stock Counts)
During live days, our Stock Ops Managers work alongside your Stock Lead to keep all bars fully stocked and trading efficiently.
Stock Managers maintain organised trucks and fridges, flagging low product lines early so action can be taken quickly. Where draft systems are in use, teams manage keg changes, gas bottles, and monitor MDU machines for faults. Build Managers assist with opening bars each day and carry out repairs as needed, then provide additional support across stock and operations teams.

Training
Consistent, expert training is at the core of what we do.
At Safe AF, we invest heavily in the personal and professional development of our crew through a range of structured training programmes. This ensures that every crew member arrives on your project prepared, capable, and safe to work.
Better training benefits our team, and it delivers better results for you.
